I remember seeing this video and never wanting to look in the mirror again. I’ve grown so much from that girl in that clip… This journey is more than just physical changes, it's a deeper transformation. Initially, my life lacked structure and goals, and I was simply just going through the motions, eating more and more to suppress how I was feeling, just out of pure guilt. But this lifestyle changed that. It gave me direction and a sense of purpose. I stopped making excuses and realized that I was the only one who could change my life.
