- Me through the years 🤍🍁⬇️ Feeling proud of every version of me!! Fitness has been my calmness through every phase 🫶🏼 2021 — I picked up my first weight and LOVED it. I loved having something to focus on and getting stronger. 2022 — I don’t have any videos, but I showed up after school every day and had NO IDEA when it came to nutrition etc. I slowly started learning. 2023 — I got my first coach and tried to diet. My life was CRAZYYY!! I learned so much, but really, fitness was there to get me through that phase. 2024 — The rebuilding. I “bulked” and turned to food for comfort, but my training was 9/10. I was on point (not the form in that video 😭😂), but I got really strong. I had the knowledge, I just didn’t apply it. 2025 — The prep!!! I was on a night out and was sick of my excuses, so I jumped into a prep hungover the next day (silly me 😂), but the best thing I ever did because it taught me how to apply my knowledge, control and what I was capable of. A REAL confidence boost. 2026 — The bulk done right. I had set my goals on competing while I enjoyed it, so I decided it was time to properly grow without eating everything in sight and being controlled. It was uncomfortable after 2024, but now, at the end of it, I am SO grateful for it!! Now I’m in a dieting phase for the next 2 weeks before a prep in the new year. I never thought I would get this lean doing so little. The more you do it, the easier it gets ❤️ I wish I had guidance from the start of my journey and could have gotten my results 10x faster and had the support of someone teaching me! I now do this for other women because it’s what I wish I had 🔗 coaching in bi0<3
