Jeremy CarrascoNew Apple phones can prove a photo is real. With Apple’s new Reference Image feature, you can prove your photos are real. The new sensor cryptographically signs every photo and creates an unalterable photo “negative.” Each iPhone camera has its own key, proving exactly which device shot it. However this will only be available on iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, won’t be able in the EU at this time, and isn’t apart of the open C2PA standard.
