Privacy concerns, scale, and reliability are the three most daunting tasks, and that’s before cyber security and trust issues start. AI detection and blocking AI videos or photos usually requires AI systems, or centralized watermarking or metadata. I’m sure someone will try, but I doubt it will work in the next couple of years.
