Hamlin WeldingApplying Gyeon's Q2 Matte EVO ceramic coating over a satin clear powder coating to give the tabletop a little more wear resistance, water, and UV protection. This tabletop is for a full table build I am doing for a customer. It is 10' long x 40" wide and 1.5" thick. The base for it is a base we've made in the past - our X Panel Base. It's made of 14G mild steel and features a beveled edge and an inner support frame. Precision Powder Coating out of Melbourne, Florida, did the beautiful satin clear coat on it! Big shout-out to LaserBros for folding the table top for me! They had to send back multiple sheets to get one with minimal blemishes. Greatly appreciate those guys!
