- You are not lazy. You are overstimulated. Psychology shows inspiration happens when the nervous system feels safe and the brain encounters gentle novelty. Not pressure. Not comparison. Not perfection. That is why I focus on small shifts instead of forcing productivity. A walk without headphones. Learning something just because I want to. Protecting what enters my mind. Lowering the standard. No perfection. More presence. Save this for your midweek reset 🤍 Send it to someone who thinks they have lost their spark. - #ad @ClarinsUK So much of who I am as a mother comes from the love my mum gave me. The care, the little rituals, the way she showed up for us every day those are the same things I now pass on to my own children. Motherhood really makes you see your mum in a whole new light. This Mother’s Day, show your love and gift your mum something as special as she is. Tell me in the comments, what’s one thing your mum taught you that stayed with you? Save this for Mother’s Day gift ideas or send it to someone who still hasn’t bought their mum a present 🤍 #Clarins #ClarinsUK #ClarinsSkincare #MothersDay

- There was a time when I dreamed of a life that felt calm, meaningful, and aligned. It’s easy to forget how far we’ve come when we’re always looking ahead. Lately, I’ve been reminding myself to pause and take it in. This season may not be perfect, but it’s deeply mine. And somehow, it’s the life my younger self once dreamed of. Comment your favourite emoji that captures this season of your life ✨ #slowliving #sahm #wellness #momof3

- Getting ready as a mum these days? A win is brushing my hair before someone spills porridge. A major win? Actually styling it without needing 5 hands, 3 tools, and a miracle. Enter the BaByliss Air Power Volume — my new secret weapon for feeling put together in minutes (even when the rest of life is a whirlwind of yogurt bowls, nappy changes, and snack negotiations). This all-in-one tool means: ✨ No more juggling a brush and dryer ✨ Smooth, bouncy volume in one step ✨ Quick second-day hair refreshes ✨ A little pocket of self-care in the middle of the chaos The oval barrel and soft-flex bristles make it so easy to go from frizz to “hey, I actually like my hair today” — and that’s a big deal when the mirror time is shared with little hands and a whole lot of snack crumbs. Yes, I’m a busy mama. Yes, I still want to feel good. And yes, this tool is saving me time and sanity. Have you tried it yet? Or are you still on the brush-in-one-hand, baby-in-the-other life? - For a long time, I carried the belief that if I wasn’t moving fast, I wasn’t moving at all. That if I didn’t hit certain milestones by now, I was behind. And that belief? It brought anxiety, self-comparison, and this quiet ache of feeling like I was missing something—like I needed to catch up to some invisible version of “enough.” But I’ve learned to challenge that story. Because growth isn’t a race. And becoming who I truly am meant to be doesn’t come with a deadline. Pace doesn’t define purpose. Presence does. The most powerful shift for me has been remembering this daily: I am building with purpose. And because it’s rooted in intention, it’s allowed to take time. I’m not behind. I’m becoming. I’m nurturing. I’m healing. I’m relearning. And that is sacred work. What’s supported me in holding this truth? 3 things I’ve learned: – My timing is divine – My softness holds strength – And growth, even when slow, is still movement 2 things I do: – I speak gently to myself when I feel behind – I reconnect to my “why” more than my “when” 2 beliefs I’m releasing: – That faster means better – That rest means I’m not doing enough 1 affirmation I come back to: “I trust my pace, because my journey is guided by purpose.” So if today feels slow—remember, love, slow isn’t stuck. It’s space. It’s unfolding. It’s alignment. You’re doing beautifully. #purpose #alignement #wellness #fyp #momsoftiktok #wellness #CapCut
- Choosing to care for myself is no longer a luxury—it’s part of my daily ritual. Something as simple as applying the Caudalie Vinosun Protect Stick SPF 50 before stepping out is my way of saying: I matter too. Right now, maybe you’re pouring into everyone else—your kids, your partner, your family—and leaving yourself for last. You’re doing your best, showing up in all the ways that count… but somewhere along the way, your own needs get quiet. But here’s the shift: when I choose myself, even in the smallest ways, everything aligns with more love, more clarity, more joy. I become more present, more grounded, more me. Here’s what this looks like in my life: 1️⃣ I choose small rituals that remind me I’m worthy of care ➡ Replace “I don’t have time for myself” → With “Even one moment counts.” (e.g. Applying my sunstick as a simple act of nourishment before I care for others. Its high-protection formula shields my skin from UVA & UVB rays—and it’s free of oxybenzone and octinoxate, safe for children, and fragrance-free for sensitive skin.) 2️⃣ I make space for what truly matters ➡ Replace “Everything else is more urgent” → With “My energy sets the tone for my home.” (e.g. Prioritizing care so I can be soft and steady for those I love.) 3️⃣ I lead by example—with love ➡ Replace “I’ll teach them later” → With “They’re learning through me now.” (e.g. I applied some on him and he wanted to put some on me—and it melted my heart. These tiny moments of care become the foundation of how they learn to love themselves too.) This sunstick travels with me everywhere—it’s in my bag, in the stroller, in every moment I choose to live with intention. Because caring for ourselves is how we bloom—and how we teach our children to do the same. Gifted. #caudalie #vinosun #motherhood #selfcare #fyp #momsoftiktok @Caudalie
- I blinked and June flew by. It’s been a full month — one that’s felt both heavy and expansive. Emotionally rich. Quietly transformational. And maybe most meaningful of all… it marked the end of my fourth trimester. This milestone holds so much for me. Not just in my journey as a mother, but in how I’m learning to meet myself again. With more softness. More reverence. More grace for exactly where I am. So much of this month was also about family life — Taking the kids outdoors, grounding in nature, slowing down at the park. Even little things like bringing them along to a calm afternoon of work, so they could see what daddy’s up to — learning what teamwork looks like in action. It’s special for me to be part of that world with them, even just once in a while. ✨ What this month reminded me of: • Transformation often looks like stillness from the outside. • Gratitude is an anchor. • Family rhythms are sacred and simple joy lives in togetherness. • You can hold joy and heaviness in the same breath. • Grace is something you offer yourself daily, not just when you “deserve” it. June, thank you for everything you brought up and everything you helped me let go of. I’m walking into July with a little more trust, a little more clarity, and a lot more heart. How did June feel for you? And what energy are you bringing into July? #momsoftiktok #momlife #mindfulmotherhood #fyp #junedump

- For a long time, I believed that once I became a mother, there just wouldn’t be enough time—at least not for me. That to show up for everyone else, I had to keep putting myself last. That I’d have to pause my creativity, my rhythm, and so many parts of who I was. And that belief brought a constant hum of guilt and overwhelm. Like no matter what I did, something was always being sacrificed. But motherhood taught me something I never expected: time is less about having and more about holding. Holding space. Holding priorities. Holding the belief that I can create a life where my wellness, my family, and my dreams all have room to breathe. The shift came when I stopped saying “I don’t have time” and started asking, “What am I choosing to give my energy to today?” And days like this one remind me—I’m growing into the woman I once didn’t believe I had time to be. I’ve learned that honoring my rhythm doesn’t mean neglecting others—it means everyone gets a fuller, more vibrant version of me. And right now, my priorities flow in this order: myself, my husband, my children, our home, and then my work. And I know that’s allowed to change. Seasons shift—and so do I. 3 things I’ve learned: Time expands when you lead with intention, presence is productivity, and motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself. 2 actions I take: I write my priorities before the day begins + I give myself permission to pause without guilt. 2 beliefs I’m releasing: That motherhood equals sacrifice + that I need to “do it all” to be enough. 1 affirmation: “There is time for what matters most—and I am what matters most.” If you’re in a season where time feels tight—breathe. It’s not about doing more. It’s about choosing what’s truly yours to carry. ✨Tell me, what would shift if you gave yourself permission to rewrite your rhythm? #mindfulmotherhood #dayinmylife #wellness #selfcare #fyp #capcut
- There was a time I believed my inner dialogue didn’t matter that much. That as long as I kept things together on the outside, the voice inside could be critical, rushed, overwhelmed, even a little harsh. But over time, that quiet voice started to shape everything—how I showed up as a mother, a partner, a creator. And when I really listened, I realized… that voice wasn’t mine. It was inherited from expectations, perfectionism, and old stories about how strong I had to be. The hardest part was realizing how this inner script affects not just me—but my children, too. The tone I use with myself echoes into the way I guide, support, and love them. The truth that changed everything? You are not your programming—you are the one who gets to rewrite it. You get to choose a voice that uplifts, soothes, and reminds you: you are safe to grow gently. I’ve started treating the words I speak to myself like nourishment—because they are. She’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she is the moment... not because she’s perfect, but because she’s present, choosing again. I’ve learned: I can be both the gentle guide and the bold mother. I can nurture myself and show my children what self-love really looks like. 3 things I’ve learned: My voice matters, my thoughts ripple, and softness is a strength. 2 actions I take: Speak to myself like someone I love + pause when old patterns arise. 2 beliefs I’m releasing: That criticism keeps me strong + that motherhood must be self-sacrifice. 1 affirmation: “My words shape my world. I choose ones that build, not break.” So here’s your loving reminder—your inner dialogue is creating your outer world. Speak with care. Live with presence. And show your children how powerful self-love really is. ✨ What’s one kinder sentence you can say to yourself today? #capcut #motherhood #mindfulmotherhood #selfcare #momtok #momsoftiktok

- You are living in an answered prayer. Right now, it’s easy to get caught up in what’s next—the next goal, the next version of yourself, the next milestone you think will finally bring fulfillment. You may feel like you’re still reaching, still striving, still waiting for things to fall into place. But pause for a moment. Look around. There was a time when you longed for something that is now part of your reality. The love, the growth, the opportunities—at one point, they were just a vision, a hope, a prayer. Yet here they are, woven into your daily life. Imagine a reality where you don’t just achieve your desires but fully receive them. A life where you aren’t rushing to the next thing but are grounded in gratitude for what already is. Fulfillment isn’t about chasing more—it’s about recognizing now as sacred. When you embrace the present with gratitude, life expands. You shift from longing to receiving, from seeking to being. Instead of “I’m still so far from where I want to be” → Try “I’ve already come so far.” Instead of “I’ll be happy when…” → Try “I am grateful for what is already here.” Instead of “I need more to feel fulfilled” → Try “How can I fully embrace the beauty of this moment?” You are already in the life you once prayed for. Breathe it in. Own it. Receive it. #wellness #healthylifestyle #mindfulmotherhood #mindset
