ELLIE MAACKlet’s not miss out on those gains !! 🤍 v-back dynamic restocks thursday (oct 8th) at 5pm CET!! @DFYNE code ELLIE why you might not be seeing progress: - you’re going too light | you’re not pushing yourself enough!! Your last reps should feel challenging, and you shouldn’t have too many reps left in the tank 🎧 - you’re going too heavy | your form starts to break down and other muscles take over. Mind-to-muscle connection matters, but being able to progressively overload over time matters more ⭐️ - you’re not training close enough to failure | for optimal muscle stimulation, the last 5–0 reps are the most important. I suggest going all the way to failure, because a lot of you underestimate how many reps you actually have left 🫵🏽 - you’re not eating enough | nutrition is just as important as your workouts. Your muscles need enough fuel to recover and grow. If you’re not eating enough, you’re making it much harder for your body to build muscle 🌱
