elizabethgracefitIf you think you’ll never have a small waist, think again! You need to be training upper body and back especially. Endless ab and core exercises won’t tighten your waist alone. Your lats growing can help give the illusion of a smaller waist. Stop skipping upper body!!!! @DFYNE dc ELIZABETH #gymtok #backtraining #latpulldown #fitnesstips #backworkout
