- How do you make every burrito bite that little bit better? Stick a super salty/spicy/herby stuffed crust around the outside! Also helps keep it together and less stress about ripping the wraps!

- Here’s a day of eating (and activities 😁) quad biking along the Ionian Coast around Palairos and Lefkada Recommendations: You’ve gotta visit Vas and Holly at HOVA Watersports if you’re in the area cause that foiling was a dream 😌 Always a delight to eat at @rachilefkada - the best food we ate in the area. Think boujee London small plates restaurant but half the price and double the portion size 😋 Right next to that was @flyfeel.gr which we managed to get a last minute spot but probably advisable to book in advance to guarantee - 2 hours after lunch booking perhaps. 95 euro so reasonably priced and good for a first paraglide experience, and they include the full @GoPro video without upselling which is a nice touch 👌 If you’ve ever been to Palairos then you probably already know George @sirtaki.restaurant.paleros but always worth a visit for good hearty food and seaside views Great experience @paleros_travel 60 euro quad bike for the day and you can keep it til 10pm

- AD Burrito but make it look like an ice cream cone with Mexican Style Philadelphia - deliciously cooling cream cheese combined with the perfect balance of spicy jalapeno. Spicy, but not THAT spicy 🥵😋 @Philadelphia_uki Mexican Style Philadelphia Burrito Cones Recipe: Spread 55g Philadelphia over 3 tortillas snd slice each from the middle to the outside in a straight line. Cut the fourth tortilla into 3 wedges and lay atop the Philadelphia covered tortillas. Roll up connecting the dry tortilla third edges and wrap the Philadelphia Tortilla around the outside into a cone. Lay on a baking tray flat side down and bake at 180C for 15 minutes til crispy Bash the chicken breasts flat to an even thickness all over and thinly slice the pepper, mushrooms and half the onion. Drizzle with olive oil and Mexican Spice mix and rub in. Lay the chicken in a medium heat frying pan and cook for 3 minutes a side, scattering the veggies around and cooking til slightly softened. Let the chicken breast rest for 3 minutes after cooking then slice into strips and toss in the juice of 1 lime and half of the chopped coriander Finely dice the other half of a red onion along with the red chilli and rest of the coriander and mince the garlic. Mash in the avocado and add a pinch of salt and juice of 1 lime to make your Guacamole Add a third of the chicken and veggies and guac to each cone and top with a 55g scoop of Philadelphia Mexican Style on top #burrito #Philadelphia #creamcheese #mexicanfood #scran
