AleNo belly button castor oil over here! Liver is where it's at!! Castor oil is super rich in ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that can penetrate the skin & is part of why packs are used to support local circulation, lymphatic movement, digestion, & inflammation. Placing it over the liver area + adding heat is my FAV way to use it when I feel bloated, sluggish, constipated, or extra pmsy!! Avoid it during your menstrual phase, but the week leading up (luteal phase), it can be so so helpful. I only use it for 30-60mins & that's enough for me (it's possible to overdo it..) Love Queen of Thrones castor oil (code EATSWITHALE10) bc it comes in a glass bottle, is cold pressed, & hexane-free! #castoroilpack #detox #bloatingrelief
