- I had a great talk with @FlorencePugh about her early look at the new Jaguar Type 01. With its bold design and powerful all-electric performance, it’s exciting to see the next chapter for @Jaguar. As an artist, I really appreciate the thought and creativity that went into its design. #ad

- I’m about halfway through my book tour, and this moment in Los Angeles is one of so many I’ll never forget. Seeing kids look up to me and feel inspired by my art is an honor I don’t take lightly. I never imagined I’d get to have that kind of impact, and I’m so grateful. Thank you for your kindness, your support, and for making me feel so loved ♥️ The response to my memoir, Work in Progress, has meant more to me than I can put into words. This was my first book, and sharing my life so openly was a big step. Reading your messages and seeing such thoughtful, positive reviews, from readers and book reviewers alike, has given me so much confidence and joy. What amazes me most is seeing how many countries this book has reached. A story that began in the South Bronx is connecting with people all over the world. Our lives may look different, but so many of our feelings, struggles, and hopes are shared. Thank you for reminding me how connected we all are. If you’d like to read my story, you can get your copy of Work in Progress at DevonRodriguezBook.com ♥️

- A couple of years ago, I was invited to meet President Joe Biden. Standing there, I kept thinking about the kid I used to be in the South Bronx. Growing up around poverty and violence, I never imagined my life would lead to a moment like that. There are so many moments in my story that still feel surreal to me. I spent two years writing Work in Progress, a memoir about my life, the journey that brought me here, and what was happening behind the scenes along the way. The book comes out September 29th. If you’d like to read it, you can preorder it in the link in my bio. Every preorder helps me get closer to my dream of becoming a New York Times bestselling author ♥️ I’m also going on book tour! - I’ll never forget the day I met Oprah in Detroit. After I interviewed her, she stayed and continued talking with me. She was incredibly kind and told me she loved my story. She shared that her grandmother had raised her, too. She encouraged me, told me she knew I would continue doing great things, and then asked me to pull out my phone so we could record a special video for my grandma. This was that video, a beautiful moment I never expected from the legendary Oprah. My life has been filled with surreal moments like this, and I share them in detail in my new memoir, Work in Progress, dropping September 29th. I’m nervous, excited, and so ready for you all to read it. Comment ‘MEMOIR’ below, and I’ll DM you the preorder link. - This was such a surreal moment. ♥️ I got to bring my Abuela to the @Penguin Random House global headquarters in New York City so she could record her own lines for the audiobook of my memoir, Work in Progress. Growing up in the Bronx, surrounded by poverty and violence, I never imagined that one day I’d get to write my story, let alone have it published by the biggest publishing house in the world. And I definitely never imagined I’d be walking through those doors with my Abuela by my side, watching her sit behind the microphone and become part of telling our story. For people who come from where we come from, moments like this mean something different. We weren’t given a blueprint for this. I’m trying to break a generational cycle and show the next kid growing up in circumstances like mine that where you start does not have to determine where you finish. This is bigger than a book to me. It’s my family’s story, my story, and proof that your life can become something you never thought was possible. Work in Progress comes out September 29th, and I truly believe it’s one of the most important thing I’ve ever created. If you want to support me in trying to make this a New York Times bestseller, please pre-order your copy. ♥️ You can pre-order through the link in my bio. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
