Dean EdwardsWhy I don’t brown my meat before adding to the slow cooker pot? In the past I have, on occasion done this and it definitely will add extra flavour to a dish, however my whole thought process behind slow cooker recipes are that they need to be quick, easy, convenient and super speedy to put together. These dumpy style recipes I think encompass everything that is great about slow Cooker meals.
