Dean EdwardsJust because you loved my Doner kebab Recipe, it’s time to Level up your kebab game with this banging roasted chilli sauce recipe. 🔥🌶️👇🏼 Kebab House Chilli Sauce 2.0 2 red peppers diced 180g 1 large fresh tomato diced approx. 150g 1 small red onion diced 2 cloves garlic peeled 2 red chillies 1 heaped tbsp. tomato puree 25ml red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar to taste 120ml water Method: 1: Place the peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic into a baking tray then dress with the oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scatter onto a tray then roast for 20 minutes in an oven set at 200c / 180c fan / gas mark 6, shaking half-way through. 2: Place the roasted vegetables along with the rest of the ingredients into a mini blender and process until smooth. #Fakeaway #fakeawayfriday #kebab #kebabhouse #donerkebab
