Dean EdwardsWhen I go to a British Indian restaurant chicken pakora is always a starter I love to order. So much so I decided to make my own so I can enjoy them at home on a regular basis. You can find the full recipe below. ππΌπΆοΈπ₯ππΌ Chicken Pakora (serves 4) 500g chicken thighs cut into bite sized pieces 1 tbsp. garam masala 1 tsp. chilli flakes 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp. salt Small handful fresh coriander chopped 3 small green chillies chopped 1 tbsp. garlic and ginger paste 2 tbsp. corn flour 4 tbsp. gram flour 50ml water Method: 1: Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, then add in the Flour, combine well then add just enough water to make a thin batter.
