DallasAnimalServicesOaklee #A1164834 was found by one of our Animal Services Officers trying to keep warm by sleeping on a bag of leaves. He was brought in to DAS and this is what we have found out about sweet Oaklee; He doesn’t have a microchip and is not fixed yet but he is very friendly. He did test high positive for heartworms but DAS will treat in foster or after adoption. We are all so amazed by this sweet boys bravery and perseverance. We can’t help but to give him as many cuddles as we can and to stop to give him a treat every time we walk past his kennel. A foster for the holidays would be a dream for this little guy. Someone who can offer him a nice cozy home and lots of yummy treats. You can sign up to become a foster with DAS at www.bedallas90.org/foster Oakley is not available for adoption or foster until at least 12/23 but it would be so wonderful if he didn’t have to spend Christmas in the shelter. 🎄 #oaklee #adopt #foster #sweetestboy #DAS #bedallas90 #ahomeforchristmas
