- What a fun event! @friendsofdas, Fosters and volunteers worked so hard to put this together and in the end the results were beautiful. Hope everyone had a chance to go out and get some smooches. 💋 If you missed out, not to worry! You can still see all of our available dogs that are in foster homes by going on our website; www.bedallas90.org/pets and filtering the care status to “in foster”. Who knows you might find your valentine just by scrolling away! ♥️ Repost from @friendsofdas • Big shoutout to Hollywood Feed in Lakewood, @dallasanimalservices fosters + volunteers, and all the dedicated supporters who made this weekend’s Kiss for a Cause event such a success! We loved having the opportunity to connect with the community about DAS’ life-saving mission and are grateful to everyone who donated and dropped off much needed bedding for the pups back at the Shelter. We are SO appreciative of @hwfeed for hosting such a fun and successful adoption event 🥰 Best part, June went to a foster-to-adopt home!! Want to get involved, go to bedallas90.org to learn more. Can’t wait to see you soon! 😊🐾 #bedallas90 #dallasanimalservices #hollywoodfeed #fosteringsaveslives #adopt #adoptdas
- Miss Hazel, Miss Hazel #A1168436 you have our whole hearts! ❤️ We cannot get enough of this chunky monkey. Choosing only 3 pictures from her valentine's day shoot was almost impossible! She is just too cute! This kissable face belongs to 6-year-old Hazel. She has only been at DAS for 4 days but she is slowly winning us all over. She is truly a good girl, she is always excited to greet you and is so good about being on a leash and never throws a fit when it's time to go back up. She is a very loveable girl and she deserves to be in a home with people that will tell her she's beautiful every day and that she is a good girl. We can't wait to see all the great things hazel is going to do once she's with her new family! So come on down to DAS today and meet this cutie patootie for yourselves. But be forewarned the cuteness might be too much! #adopt #foster #cutie #adorable #adoptable #precious #hazel #hazellee #DAS #bedallas90
- These two ♥️ Squid #A1167703 is our volunteer coordinator Nathan’s favorite pet right now. Squid is a 3 year old boy who has been through a lot. He was found roaming the streets of Dallas and he had severe trauma to his left eye. Unfortunately squid’s eye was too damaged and it had to be removed. This puppy is the epitome of perseverance, he’s a little shy at first but who wouldn’t be after having gone what he’s been through. When squid finally opens up and trusts you, it’s the best feeling ever for everyone. Squid has been very sweet with everyone he’s met here at DAS, including other pups. 🐶🐾 Here’s what Nathan had to say about his favorite boy Squid: “Squid first caught my attention because I noticed he had his left eye surgically removed due to an injury prior to coming to the shelter. My brother recently lost his left eye, so seeing squid in his kennel really stuck with me. Once I met him, squid became my favorite because of how calm and gentle he is. He is shy at first and takes a little time to warm up to you, but once he does he is a real sweetheart. He’s ready to go home to his perfect family today!” #adopt #foster #stafffavorite #squid #goodboy #cutie #DAS #bedallas90

- This is a face that belong in a Disney/ Pixar movie. Mila #A1167247 is just so cute we can't even stand it. And let us tell you about how sweet she is! Mila approaches you very slowly and timidly but once she gets a sniff of you, she makes you feel like she has known you for ages. Mila is quickly becoming a volunteer and staff favorite. She loves giving you the best smiles and is happy to have your love, attention, and ear rubs. Mila makes every day a good day, she likes to calmly watch the people and dogs walk by her kennel. Imagine how much she's going to love sitting at a restaurant patio this summer, and walking on the katy trail. We hope that Mila's special person is reading this and comes to take her home. ❤️ #adopt #adoptable #foster #precious #perfectgirl #lovely #DAS #bedallas90
