Not the sunscreen / pimple cream on my chin the whole time? Oops! I was just so focused on making this delicious, herbaceous Vietnamese salad, also known as gỏi gà! Simply toss these ingredients — thinly sliced cabbage, onion, mint/shiso/viet coriander, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon (đồ chua), and shredded rotisserie chicken with a nước chấm (fish sauce) dressing… And you’ve got yourself a nice little salad for the week!
