I can’t believe how unbelievably cute it is… Now I may just need a whole Pokemon roster on my body hehe!! Tempted to get a raquayza tattoo instead of a snake?? we’ll have to see… @Pokémon/ポケモン【公式】 FOREVEEEEEEEERRRRRR 💕 #tattoo #pokemon #vlog #vietnam #hcmc
- longer vlog of what I do on an average day in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam as a solo female traveler :) This is my first time staying in the Thao Dien area, and I see why people like it so much! Much more low-key than district 1, with just as much to do!! KBBQ from @KHÔNG ĐỘ C - KOREAN BBQ DINING #travel #vietnam #vlog
- 📍 @Trantheblackcat.tattoo 🌿 I love these new vine pieces, they spark so much joy!! 🌱 I stare at them everyday like 👁️🫦👁️ Thank you to chị Trân for being such a trooper as always :’) Can’t wait until our next tattoo together 💕 Check her out if you’re ever in Vietnam, particularly near HCMC / Saigon 🇻🇳
- AHHHH, I can’t believe I’m making a little video for Youtube Premium!! I grew up on @YouTube, and still watch youtube videos daily! Ad-free, background play, and offline downloads… I mean, need I say more? If you’re a Youtube fan, you’d definitely love Youtube Premium! (‘: #YoutubePartner
- 📍@Nano&Naon has the sweetest most informative staff! Def gonna come back for more piercings :)) now i want my entire cartilage pierced… finally was able to conquer my fear of needles at the ripe age of 28 🫡 I got a flat piercing (which is healing 10x better than I thought it would, and a nose nostril piercing!
- 📍🥗 Rasa - Buffet Lẩu (with multiple locations all of Ho Chi Minh)! If you’re vegetarian and have always wondered if you can eat with ease in Vietnam, wonder no more. It’s incredibly vegetarian friendly, with tons of veg options everywhere! 🌱 At only 99,000 VND (less than $4 USD), the quality greatly surpasses the price point imo!! Definitely try the fermented bean curd broth… so divine! This place is SUPER popular amongst locals, especially on holidays when you don’t eat meet. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in VN, especially since I tend to not eat many veggies while traveling 👁️👄👁️ You can pay $1.50USD for extra dessert options, but I didn’t feel this was necessary (I’m not a sweets person tho)! :)
- 📍✨@Trantheblackcat.tattoo utely smashed this @Pokémon Company Int’l tattoo out of the park!! Pixel mew tattoo of my dreams 💕 #vlog #pokemon #mew #tattoo
- We found the perfect apartment for us and were able to sign the lease, sight unseen, all thanks to @Zillow Rentals #ZillowPartner The move from California from Boston was daunting, but Zillow Rentals made it way less stressful with all of their amazing, convenient features, like 3D apartment tours and thorough filtering options! Definitely check them out the next time you’re moving.
- 📍@Trantheblackcat.tattoo 💕 Once I’m in Saigon, you know what time it is… TATTOO FRENZZYYYYY!! I’ve been wanting to cover more of my chest for a while, and these vines were the perfect thing to connect all my existing pieces! I love it so much and they make me feel so ~complete~ 🥹 #hcmc #thuduc #vlog
- 📍@Nano&Naon in Thao Dien, HCMC, Vietnam!! Amazing titanium and 14k gold jewelry pieces. They were so informative, gentle, and kind! They showed me how each piece of jewelry I wanted would look on my ear and did it SO patiently!! They weren’t pushy at all, and actually encouraged me to get LESS piercings than I wanted so that I could have the best experience with healing. Also they’re English speaker friendly :) I ended up coming back for a nose piercing since I loved my ear piercing experience so much!! #vlog #piercing #thaodien #d2 #hcmc
- 📍☕️ @Every Half Coffee Roasters Particularly in love with their melon series, and their espresso tonic is also delicious! Ended up coming here 10+ times by the end of my Vietnam trip. Their second floor has tons of outlets and is the perfect work vibe :) Their drinks are more expensive by Vietnam standards, but really high quality and delicious! Cafes in Saigon > #travel #vlog #cafe #thaodien
- My first ever GRWM in Vietnamese, which is technically my native tongue! I didn’t learn English until I went to kindergarten but my English is much better since all my schooling was in America :) It was fun to practice Vietnamese :) @Versed Skincare Vitamin C @Beautyblender @thesaem_global concealer BB cream from sana (j beauty) @Charlotte Tilbury powder @espoir USA setting spray
- 📍@Blumi Nail | Eyelash Beauty services in Vietnam > Lashes are always my first priority when landing :) i would recommend making an appt on their website, which is also in English! #thaodien #vietnam #lashextensions #d2 #hcmc
- When I need to move, the very first place I go is @Zillow Rentals #ZillowPartner Zillow Rentals makes it easy for anyone to look for a home that has all the features they want, from having in-unit laundry to being pet friendly. Definitely check them out the next time you’re apartment hunting!
- 📍Lin heung lau 🥟 Absolutely DIVINE!! Some of the yummiest dimsum I’ve had :) they had unique beef opal xíu mai. If you’re alone though, don’t get the congee like I did… not because it’s not good, but because it’s extremely filling 💀
- Everything I did and ate during my 18 hour layover in Hong Kong!! 🥟 Lin Heung Lau Egg tart from Bakehouse! The goose restaurant was unfortunately not to my taste and very expensive so I can’t personally recommend it!! Another shout out to the @Cathay Pacific ✈️ milk tea hehe
- A silent 18 hour layover in Hong Kong! It somehow felt like I did both a lot, yet also nothing at the same time. Definitely barely scratched the surface of everything HK has to offer but it was such a dream to be able to see for a couple of hours (despite the delirium and jet lag). I used to religiously watch Bubzbeauty’s vlog channel and she lived in HK so I always wanted to see what it was like. Bucket list item crossed off :))
- 15.5 hour flight and then an 18 hour layover in Hong Kong… shout out to @Cathay Pacific ✈️ for having complimentary milk tea on the flight hehe These time stamp videos are so fun to make :)
- Sometimes unexpected things happen and you need to move abruptly… #ZillowPartner That’s where @Zillow Rentals came in handy for me! I was able to see tons of available apartments in my area that had all the features I wanted, all within my price range so that I could make the best choice for me. Definitely check out Zillow Rentals for all your apartment hunting needs!
- On repeat this summer — and probably fall too! It’s so satiating and satisfying :) Salad ingredients (start with one of each ingredient to see if you like it before committing to the full big batch) - 2 sweet corn cobs - 2 yellow peaches - 2 cans of chickpeas - a tub or two of cherry tomatoes - fresh basil (finely chopped or else it’ll get soggy!) - pesto Optional ingredients that I love to add: - cucumbers - goat or feta cheese #recipe #salad
