Đồ chua literally translates to “sour stuff” but refers to the pickled carrots and daikon found in many Vietnamese dishes! I’ve been making batches of this the whole year, every two weeks, with the extra carrots and daikon i always have around. It’s so nice to toss into salads, sandwiches, to each on the side with rice…. The options are endless! #cooking #asmr #food
