My quick 10 minute savory girl breakfast. (: This has been my recent breakfast hyperfixation. Cong You Bing, a popular Taiwanese street food! In Taiwan, I would get them stuffed with cheese and ham. They were salty and umami with a slight sweetness that was addicting. Between my partner and I, we probably ordered at least 12 street food pancakes during the short week we were in Taiwan… One day I’ll be able to eat it in Taipei again, and that moment will be glorious!
