Korean dumpling rice cake soup! Mandu tteokguk!! It’s typically eaten on the new year, which just so happened to be when Cass got their top surgery. I’ve been cooking up tons of comforting meals for them, and I’m so happy they’ll be entering the year more comfortable in their body. This soup is SUPER simple to make, especially if you already have rice cakes and dumplings on hand. Then it’s just a matter of boiling everything so that it all harmonizes into a delicious soupy glory! #cooking #food #korean #soup
