I was missing California, so I decided to cook up some @Pepper Lunch ! If you’re not familiar, pepper lunch is a sizzling hot plate chain. I lived right next to one in Berkeley, and went on opening day. I have a lot of nostalgia for that time in our lives, and decided to revisit it through this little recipe. The sauce is key, and I eyeballed mine, but it still came out delicious! I added soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, ponzu, and chili crisp. It was *chef’s kiss* 😘 #recipe #food #pepperlunch #cooking
