Cy Nguyen 🐸Cooking and eating homemade chicken pho (Phở gà) after two weeks of engorging myself on bread and pasta in Europe… my body can now return to homeostasis. The bubonic plague (aka the common cold) has almost left my body now and I single handedly think it’s because of how delicious this pho was. I can’t even order phở gà from local restaurants anymore because it just doesn’t hit as hard as this homemade version. With just a couple of staple Asian-American ingredients, you can make a batch of soup for you and/or your loved ones too!
