Back to our regularly scheduled food content! I’ve missed cooking so much, and cooking for my loved ones is always such a delight. Cháo (congee) is a staple of so many Asian cultures, and with a few simple ingredients, you can make a vat that could feed a whole village! This was so fun, and I’ll definitely be throwing more dinner parties this Autumn. 🍂
