Angelo CoassinAD DORITOS LOADED PIZZA 😍🍕 If you are looking for a quick idea for dinner tonight, you should try my super easy and super delicious DORITOS LOADED PIZZA! 🤤 Today I am using the #Doritos Dippers with a hint of salt but if you like to spice up your dinner, try using the Doritos Extra Flamin’ Hot instead… MAMMA MIA 😋 Ingredients (serves 2): -150g Doritos Dippers Hint of Salt -4 tbsps tomato sauce -a pinch of salt, pepper and dried oregano -100g grated mozzarella -7 pepperoni slices -a small bunch of fresh basil -1 small green pepper Layer your Doritos Dippers on a plate and set aside. In a bowl, mix your tomato sauce with a pinch of salt, pepper and dried oregano, pour everything in an ovenproof pan (or in a baking dish), add your mozzarella and pepperoni on top and bake for approximately 20 mins (180C/360F) or until the mozzarella is nice and golden. Pour your “melted pizza” on top of your Doritos and serve with some fresh basil and sliced green pepper on top.
