Anyday CookwareIf there’s a will, there’s a way. 🥟 RECIPE ⬇️ For the filling: - 200-300g minced pork - 2 green onions, chopped - 1 tsp minced garlic - ½ tsp minced ginger - 1 tbsp cornstarch - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tbsp dark soy sauce - ½ tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine - ½ tbsp sesame oil - ½ tsp sugar - 2 tbsp water For the layers: - Dumpling wrappers - Napa cabbage leaves - 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish) - Chili oil or chili crisp (optional) - Soy sauce (optional) 1. In a bowl, combine the minced pork with all filling ingredients. Mix until the mixture looks sticky and fully hydrated. Set aside. 2. Separate the Napa cabbage leaves. If the ribs are very thick, trim slightly so they lay flat. No pre-cooking needed. 3. In a 2.5-cup square Anyday dish, spread a thin, even layer of pork filling. Top with a layer of Napa cabbage, then dumpling wrappers, trimming as needed to fit. Repeat for a second layer, or stop at one if preferred. 4. Sprinkle 1–2 tbsp water over the top. This creates steam and keeps everything juicy. 5. Cover with the vented lid and microwave on full power for 2-4 minutes, depending on layers and microwave wattage. Pork should be fully cooked and wrappers tender. 6. Let rest for 1 minute. Garnish with green onions and finish with chili oil, chili crisp, and/or soy sauce if desired.
