These sparkling jello shots will start your 2025 with a bang—and Anyday makes them effortlessly easy. 🎆🥂 Hit the link in our bio to shop Anyday + get more holiday recipes! 🔗 Recipe: -1 cup vodka -1/2 cup granulated sugar -1 tbsp lemon juice -4 tbsp (4 envelopes) unflavored gelatin -3 cups champagne (use sparkling rosé for a pink color) -edible glitter (optional) Place the vodka, sugar, lemon juice, and gelatin in an Anyday dish then stir to combine. Microwave with the lid vented for 30 seconds to 1 minute (enough to dissolve the gelatin). Then, add the cold champagne (or sparkling wine) and a bit of edible glitter (make sure it's the edible kind). Portion into 2-tbsp Anytime freezer trays and refrigerate until firm. Give the tray a 30-second bath in warm water, pop them out, and top with more glitter (if desired). Cheers! 🥳
