Anyday CookwareWhat if your microwave could turn frozen chicken breast into a 5-star dinner? Spoiler: It can 👀 Ingredients: -2 8oz chicken breasts (frozen) -1 cup heavy cream -2 tablespoons cornstarch -1 package french onion dip powder -1 cup sliced mushrooms -Fresh parsley -Salt & pepper to taste Directions: 1. Add the cream, cornstarch, french onion mix, salt, and pepper then stir well to combine. Add the mushrooms to the mixture and microwave uncovered for 2 minutes (or until thick). 2. Add the frozen chicken breasts to the dish and coat in the sauce. Cover with the lid and microwave at power level 6 or 7 for 16-18 minutes, flipping the chicken once or twice in between. (Depending on how thick your chicken breasts are, you may need to add more time at the same power level.) 3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite grains!
