These sparkling rosé jello shots are a MUST-make for your New Year’s Eve celebration. Add vodka, sugar, lemon, and gelatin to an Anyday dish and microwave until it dissolves about 30 seconds. Add the sparkling wine and make sure it’s cold so you can trap as many bubbles as possible! Pour the liquid into an Anytime Freezer Tray and refrigerate until set. Once ready, place the tray in a hot water bath for like 30 seconds, then flip and gently push until the jello shots pop out.
