Anyday CookwareIf you thought creme brûlée was only something you could order for dessert at a restaurant, think again. I made this chai creme brûlée, inspired by @diningwithskyler, at home using my favorite kitchen tool: the microwave. All you need to do is add cream, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and a few chai bags in the deep Anyday dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes until gently simmered, then let steep. Once fragrant, add egg yolks and split the mixture into Small Dishes. Microwave on low power for 4-5 minutes until the custard jiggles slightly. Then cool completely, top with sugar, and torch for that classic crunchy topping!
