These delicious Boursin potatoes, inspired by @sarah.frances.green can be made in under 15 minutes thanks to the microwave. Steam the potatoes with a little water in the microwave until fork tender. While they cool add cream, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne, and the secret ingredient: Boursin. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cream is hot and the cheese is softened, then whisk to combine.
