I’m taking out some of my finals stress by breaking some linguini for my new favorite pasta dish: Marcella Hazan’s tomato and butter pasta, cooked in my microwave. My dorm smelled HEAVENLY while my microwave was working its magic. The onions and butter make the pasta rich and velvety, but this jarred marinara sauce took things to the next level.
