Chopin Institute📖 The Most Beautiful Polish Books 2025 – Distinction for the Fryderyk Chopin Institute Chopin’s Polonaise in F minor [Op. 71 No. 3] WN 12, with commentary by Piotr Wojciechowski, the newest volume in our long-running publishing series “Chopin’s Works. Facsimile Edition,” designed by Grzegorz Laszuk with graphic design by Anna Hegman, has received a distinction in the 66th edition of the Polish Book Publishers Association competition “The Most Beautiful Polish Books 2025.”  The manuscript, containing the entire work, likely dates back to 1828, and is currently kept at the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw. Chopin gifted this autograph to an unknown person while he was in Stuttgart, in 1836. The Polonaise in F minor was written on decorative paper, whose edges are adorned with antique-themed embossed borders.  🛒 The volume is available in our online shop and in the Chopin Institute’s brick-and-mortar stores 👉 http://sklep.nifc.pl 👤 Featured in the video: Piotr Wojciechowski
