Chopin Instituteđ âVeni Sancte Spiritusâ by Hieronim of Koprzywnica on the âPolish Music Heritage in Open Accessâ portal The only known work by the Cistercian Hieronim of Koprzywnica, âVeni Sancte Spiritus,â is in the form of a motet. It is included in one of the most important monuments of Polish music: the Pelplin tablature: six volumes containing 857 instrumental, vocal, and vocal-instrumental pieces written in the New German organ tablature; all were recorded in tablature in the first half of the 17th century.
