Then we have the perfect pork crackle cook for you 😉🫶 Recipe below; 🧂 Remove the pork belly from the packaging, salt the skin, then place on a wire rack in the fridge uncovered overnight. 👋 Pat dry with paper towels ready to prep. 🔪 Slice the pork belly in to one long strip as shown. ❤️ Shape in to a love heart and remove the rind on the inside. ✍️ Skewer the pork with a sharpened dowel. 🪢 Twine tightly around the Pork twice and then vertically across the centre creating a love heart shape. 🧂 Season the rind generously with salt. 🕑 Place on a roasting rack and in to a preheated oven at 200C for roughly 1 hour. 🌡️ Once the crackle has set and you have reached an internal temp of 72C remove. 😴 Rest for 15 minutes then dress with a red bow and serve to DAD.
