Chaka KhanAugust’s New Moon arrives in Leo, the sign of the lion. Leo is ruled by the Sun and connected to creativity, courage, confidence, and the heart. It is fire energy, but not just for shining. It is also a reminder to lead with warmth, generosity, and love. This month’s New Moon Meditation is about reconnecting with your own light. The part of you that wants to create. The part of you that wants to be seen. The part of you that knows it is never too late to begin again. Take a few minutes with me to breathe, reset, and set an intention for this next chapter. Love, Chaka
