Chaka KhanChaka’s “I Feel For You” has officially been added to the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress. First released in 1984, “I Feel For You” was completely ahead of its time. Chaka brought her unmistakable voice to a track that blurred genres, opened doors, and helped shape the sound of pop music to this day. Now, it will be preserved as part of America’s recorded sound heritage, honored for its cultural, historical, and artistic importance. Thank you to the fans who have loved this song and carried it across generations. This honor belongs to the music and everyone who still feels it. #ChakaKhan #IFeelForYou
