Chaka Khan

Released this month in 1977, ASK RUFUS kept Rufus and Chaka’s run going strong. The album went Platinum, spent three weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart, and featured singles including “At Midnight (My Love Will Lift You Up),” “Hollywood,” and “Everlasting Love.” It remains a key part of the Rufus story and one of the band’s defining releases. #ChakaKhan #Rufus
