Chaka KhanHere’s one from the RUFUSIZED era. “Stop On By” appeared on Rufus featuring Chaka Khan’s 1974 album RUFUSZIED. The song was written by Bobby Womack & Truman Thomas & was first recorded by Womack earlier that same year, before Rufus put their own unmistakable spin on it. This groove quickly became a favorite in the band’s live shows, showing just how effortlessly Chaka could step into any song and make it her own. Take a moment and enjoy this clip of Rufus with Chaka performing “Stop On By.” 💜 #ChakaKhan #Rufus #StopOnBy
