Unpopular opinion: Teaching is already a full-time job—cueing, watching form, offering modifications, managing timing, and making sure every client feels supported and safe. When people pay to take your class, they deserve your attention. Creating content is sometimes part of the job, too—but your content session should be separate from their workout. Your workout is not the same as teaching. 🤎
