brooke murphyCinnamon Roll Banana Muffins!!🤎🤎🤎 I didn’t put icing on these but a cream cheese frosting drizzle would be such a nice touch if you want to go all in for the batter: 3 overripe bananas (mashed) 5 tbsp melted butter ¾ cup maple syrup 1 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 1½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp salt 1¼ cups oat or all-purpose flour ¾ cup oats for the cinnamon swirl: 4 tbsp melted butter ⅓ cup light brown sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon to make: mix everything for the batter, pour into muffin tins (or a loaf pan). stir together the swirl ingredients, spoon over the top, and gently mix to marble. bake at 375°F for ~25 min for muffins (or 55–60 min for a loaf) until golden. optional: finish with a cream-cheese glaze 🤎 #bananabread #cinnamonroll #muffins #easyrecipe #dessert
