Anxiety FitnessRead below for tips on how to help these common anxiety symptoms: 🫨Experiencing dizziness or lightheadedness? Try placing your attention on your surroundings. What can you see, hear, and smell around you? This can help shift your focus away from what’s happening in your internal world to your external world, easing the symptoms. 💓 Heart racing and skipping beats? Remember, it's your body's natural response to stress. Instead of fighting it, you can try to embrace it! Mentally encourage it to speed up and try to shift the anxiety to excitement, not fear, as your body experiences the same sensations when you're excited - the only thing that’s different is the perception! 😮💨 Feel like you can't breathe? You might be hyperventilating because you’re taking in too many short, quick, deep breaths. Instead, focus on taking long, slower exhales to regulate your breathing. Inhale for a few seconds through your nose (as if you’re smelling a flower) and then do a slower longer exhale through your mouth (as if you’re blowing out a candle)🕯️ 👏🏻 Most importantly, remember these symptoms are normal reactions to stress or anxiety. Accepting and allowing them to be there is the first step to feeling better so that your symptoms can gradually go away on their own! 👌 And remember, if these feelings persist, don't hesitate to reach out to a mental health professional! 🗣️🧠 #fyp #foryou #anxiety #anxietydisorder #anxietyawareness #anxietytips #anxietysupport #anxietyrelief #mentalhealth #anxietyfitness #anxietyrecovery #anxiousthoughts #anxietyattacks #anxietyisreal #anxietyfighter #anxietytips #anxietywarrior #anxietyquote #anxietyhelp #anxietymanagement #anxietyfree #anxietydisorders #anxietysymptoms #anxietytherapy #anxietytherapist #panic #panicattacks #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthsupport
