Abbey YungNot realizing this when I had severe damage was SUCH a miss. I was causing so much breakage without realizing I had an easy way to prevent it… applying more product! So now, instead of just spraying my leave-in a few times around the outside of my hair and leaving the rest completely neglected, I spray it in 3-4 sections on each side of my head. Finding a leave in that allows you to cover as much hair as possible is key, because it’s the only way to ensure you’re getting that protection applied as evenly as possible!
