ChariReplying to @Flowerhenny~ A drill to help with overstriding: I’ll be honest, some of the things I come up with are random, but pretty good 😂 Being someone who COULD NOT figure out how to do stuff right away, I’ve always had to find out what I was doing wrong and create cues to help me fix it. When they work (some do not 😂) I show them to you! I hope this one helps, because overstriding caused me SO MANY issues before I corrected it! ❤️❤️❤️
