Vivian | Your Rich BFFIngredients: 1 lb of ground beef (80/20 lean/fat) 1 container of biscuit dough Any lettuce/greens Bbq sauce 1 lime Shredded cheese Olive oil Mustard Ketchup Pickles if you want 1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2) Pop the biscuit dough tin and separate the biscuits. For each biscuit half the dough so it’s basically a thinner biscuit and smush into the muffin tray. 3) Start cooking your beef until brown, and while you’re doing that pop the biscuits into y the oven. Cook the biscuits for only HALF the time stated on the tin. Drain the fat from your now cooked beef or soak it up with a paper towel. 4) Squirt a bunch of BBQ sauce onto the beef. Whatever kind you have is fine. Taste test along the way. Should be flavorful but not wet. 5) Take out the half cooked biscuits and scoop on the beef. 6) Biscuits with beef now go back into the oven for the remaining half of cook time. When there’s three min left you can sprinkle on cheese if you wanna make cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers 7) On the side you can use whatever greens you have to make a salad with a lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper dressing. Just play around until it tastes okay. 8) Take your cups out of the oven and dress with ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles, etc whatever you have a home. Voila!
