xenathis is scary and embarrassing to post but i think its important that we care less about how people view us, and focus more on what makes us feel happy and fufilled. i get fulfillment from the thought of my words helping anyone, even if it means i look a little dumb. i hope u can take a step back and really think about how you speak to yourself- it has a bigger effect than u realize❤️🩹 #fyp#alt#weightloss#bodydismorphia#vent
