Adding butter, garlic and rosemary after flipping to baste the steak. For the potatoes: Wash, cut to preference, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. smoked paprika and rosemary! Then toss into air fryer for 20 min @ 400 degrees. Flipping 10 min in! enjoy!
