Vegan RecipesIt didn't explode!! 😰 Freeze Dried Vinegar pt. 2 The manual says don't put vinegar in a freeze dryer, but I had to find out for myself. Someone commented on my last video: " BE CAREFUL!!! vinegar can damage the vacuum pump due to high acidity". I'm going to check on my motor and change the oil and look into it further. BUT one thing is for sure.... freeze dried vinegar tastes bad and doesn't seem to have any practical use. What liquid should I freeze-dry next? #freezedryer #foodscience #vinegar #vegan vegan recipes #homestead
