Vegan RecipesI'm freeze-drying whatever liquid you comment. What should I freeze dry next?! Freeze-dryers remove water from foods, so it's really interesting to see what happens when I put a liquid in. I've dried over 10 drinks so far including coffee, milk and an energy drink, and every one has had a surprisingly different result.
