Vegan RecipesFreeze-dried coffee, with freeze-dried milk 🥴 Did I just make instant coffee? 🤯 What should I freeze dry next? So far I’ve freeze dried: - coffee - guacamole - sour grapes - dragon fruit - energy drink - milk - cantaloupe - hot sauce - pasta - mango with mustard - hummus - mustard - soy sauce - cucumber Comment a liquid to freeze-dry. Freeze-dryers remove liquids so I’m testing all the liquids to see what will happen. The milk was very unexpected, I thought it would totally evaporate or become crispy but instead it turned into a soft milky cotton candy texture. #foodpreservation #harvestright #freezedriedcandy #caffeine foodscience backpacking food tips dairy free milk in harvest right freeze dryer tips #coffee
